HOP & BREW SCHOOL®

Established in 2004, Hop & Brew School® (HBS) began as an annual event hosted by Hopunion, now known as Yakima Chief Hops (YCH). Bringing hundreds of brewers and hop enthusiasts from all over the world to Yakima, Washington, HBS attendees have had the opportunity to experience a deeper connection with family farms while learning more about how hops and hop products can be utilized throughout the brewing process. The event features educational seminars, and a comprehensive harvest experience, including farm tours and hands-on sensory experiences.
