Resilience Beer for Australian Wildfires

In 2019, brewers created the Resilience Beer project in the wake of the unprecedented bushfires in Australia as a way to support those impacted by and fighting the fire. Inspired by Sierra Nevada’s Resilience IPA brewed to raise funds for relief efforts after the Camp Fire in California in 2018, this beer project allows members of the global brewing community to work together in a collective effort to support those in need. Join this session to learn more about the history of the Resilience Beer recipe using US hops and the impact initiatives like this have had on bushfire affected communities throughout Australia.
