2021 HBS: Designing Efficient Beers: Getting The Most From Your Hops
Hops are said to be “the soul of beer,” but modern hopping techniques can make the cost of production an obstacle to sound brewery operations. The Yakima Chief Hops Brewing Innovations team will offer insight on utilizing advanced hop products to achieve flavor AND efficiency. The team will discuss varietal selection for recipe design, recipe retrofitting, and process improvements, all of which are designed to make better, more profitable beer.
