WHAT IS THE COST TO REGISTER?

WHERE DO I REGISTER?

Registration to open in 2023.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

The event is open to the entire public. Participants do not need to be in the beer and brewing industry. However, seminars and presentations will be catered specifically to brewers.

IS THERE A DEADLINE TO REGISTER?

Registration deadline for 2023 event is Sept 15th. Spaces are limited, so register early.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION?

All day sessions, warehouse tour, lunch, Hoppy Hour, and HBS swag bag.

WHAT LANGUAGE WILL THE SESSION BE SPOKEN IN?

All sessions will be presented in English.

WHERE DO I STAY?

HOW DO I GET TO THE WAREHOUSE?

Shuttles will be provided by YCH from Brussels and MSG. More details coming soon. You are welcome to drive to the warehouse. Parking maps will be provided closer to the event.

CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, please email us at [email protected] with the details of your booking and the person you would like to transfer this to and we will get that sorted.

DO I NEED A TRAVEL VISA?

When traveling to Belgium, you will need a Schengen Visa if you are a citizen of a non-Schengen country without a visa-free travel agreement with the area, or if you have been refused for visa-free travel.
