    Bryan Pierce is the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, he has been with Yakima Chief Hops for three years and originally came from a background in the food industry. I has his Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Working closely with all the sales staff in North America for Yakima Chief Hops, he organizes and plans Yakima Chief’s Hop Selection program during harvest. Bryan is a passionate homebrewer as well in his free time. Making mead and beer for six year. He truly enjoys making any beer with excessive amounts of hops in it, Saison and of course, any kind of Mead!

    Chris Wong is one of the forerunners of HK’s craft beer movement. He started off with opening HK’s first homebrew shop, HK Brewcraft, and building the BJCP scene in the city. He then ventured into constructing a 6,000HL brewery in a high-rise factory building for Owlsome Group. He is now the General Manager at Carbon Brew’s new 120,00HL brewery in Fo Tan, an employees-driven brewery, as well as Co-Founder and Head Brewer of Heroes Beer Co., where he creates unique beers based off of Hong Kong heroes. He also co-owns the City’s finest taprooms, TAP – The Ale Project and Second Draft.

    Winnie Hsu is head brewer for Taihu Brewing, and one of the top craft brewers with fourteen years of brewing experience in Asia. Despite having minimal prior experience, in 2007 Winnie was hired by the American chain brewery restaurant, Gordon Biersch, as their head brewer and was subsequently sent to the company’s United States headquarters for a six-month training. After leaving Gordon Biersch, Winnie joined Le Blé D’or as Head of R&D and completed additional Brewmaster course in VLB Berlin. Winnie joined Taihu Brewing in 2015, shortly after the company’s 2013 founding.
